Welcome to Peakpickers’ terms & conditions page. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of products. By accessing our site and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website.

Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are valid only for defective or faulty products. “Change of Mind” returns cannot be accepted. In case of a refund for a “Change of Mind” return, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the product price.
  • You can request a return claim within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

  • The return process is straightforward. Send the product back to us via a traceable delivery service such as Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS at your own expense to our address.

Product Size Replacement

  • Please check the size carefully before placing an order or requesting a size replacement.
  • For size replacements, a delivery charge of 200/- will be applied. However, if you have received a faulty or defective product, no charges will be applied.
  • The size replacement process will be completed within 7 working days.
  • To initiate a size replacement, you need to return the product via a traceable delivery service at your own expense to our address. Once we receive the product, we will send you the required size.

Return / Refund

  • Please ensure that the returned product is unworn and unused.
  • The return amount will be processed within 10 to 14 working days.
  • To initiate a return/refund, send the product back to our address via a traceable delivery service. Once we receive the product, our customer service department will contact you to obtain your Bank Account details or Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash details for the refund.
  • Note: No refund, return, and replacement will be applied if the product gets damaged by the customer.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee

  • Shipping fees will be applied based on the delivery address. For addresses in Zone A, which includes Sindh and Balochistan in Pakistan, the shipping fee will be Rs. 250. All other addresses fall under Zone B, where the shipping fee will be Rs. 350.

Order Tracking

  • Within Karachi: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Other Cities: 6 to 8 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Payment Policy

Wire Transfer

  • After making a payment by wire transfer, please share a screenshot of the payment proof via WhatsApp or email (details provided on the Contact Us page).

JazzCash and EasyPaisa

  • Payments can be made to our HBL bank account.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You offers cash-on-delivery (COD) option for customers who prefer to pay for their orders upon delivery. This service is designed to provide convenience and security for our customers.

  • While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, slight variations in color or design may occur due to differences in digital displays and lighting conditions. We kindly ask for your understanding, knowing that any discrepancies are minimal. If the product you receive doesn’t fully align with your expectations, our easy return and replacement policy is in place to ensure your satisfaction.
